St. Andrew's Divers Cove was started in 1989 by Joe Vella Gaffiero, he was joined by partner Mark Busuttil later that year. In 1990 Diana Hampson went to them for a diving holiday and joined the company in 1991. Over the years Joe has built up the shop and the imports, Mark is not only Director of Diving but also one of the most experienced Maltese Diving Instructors and advises on various committees as well as overseeing the instructors, transport and diving services.
